Four sliders, open math. The calculation builds on verified figures from European warehouses and factories and covers three effects: staffing, coordination time and freight contracts.
Drag the sliders and the savings update instantly. Open "Show calculation" for every step of the math.
The math is fully open: click "Show calculation" in the results card to see every step with your own numbers. The assumptions are deliberately conservative:
What is not included: reduced stress, lower sick leave, fewer conflicts at the loading dock and lower staff turnover. Nor the arrival effects of the digital check-in and queue: less reception time, no language misunderstandings at the desk, documented safety rule acceptance and full visibility of who is on site. These effects are confirmed by existing customers but hard to quantify in general, so they sit outside the number.
To understand the mechanics behind the figures, read the dock scheduling guide, or see how it works for warehouses and distribution and for manufacturing.
